La Fenice Resort is a brand new apartment complex built in Olbia Osseddu 2 in the village, in a panoramic position on the Gulf of Olbia and near the beach of Pittulongu.
The residence La Fenice Resort consists of apartments with large porches that fit discreetly in the wild and lush Mediterranean vegetation.
Fee: Shuttle service to the beach of Cala Banana (both free-equipped), possible transfer to organize individual and group (max 8 persons) to any destination, contact the reception for the charges, in each apartment is air conditioning at a price of € 5 per day
An extensive program of excursions and mini are proposed to get in Northern Sardinia.
The services of the village also include a large bar, an amphitheater, a swimming pool for adults, tennis, soccer, volleyball.
